The Coalition of African Women for Peace and Development, COWAP, is holding a two-day workshop aimed at building sustainable non-profit organizations from November 29th to 30th, in Abuja, Nigeria.
According to the founder of the coalition, Mr. Kalada Belema Meshack-Hart, participation will be free and is strictly for 50 people, adding that intending participants should sign up at https://forms.gle/CeqFhY19f7vefUch9 and get selected.
Mr. Meshack-Hart who is a He for She Global Ambassador, said that the workshop which has the theme "Building Sustainable non-profit organisations in the post COVID-19 era" will teach participants project management for Non profit Organisations, proposal writing, how to attain UN Consultation Status, how to successfully receive grants, and lots more.
The venue for the workshop is training room 302, Novare Central Mall, Dalaba Street, zone 5, Wuse, Abuja. And time is 9am-5pm daily.
COWAP is a project under an NGO called Engage, Empower, Educate Initiative, put together with an aim to harness the enormous capacity and goodwill of women in Africa by bringing them under a coalition towards achieving 4 (Four) thematic points, which aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);

• Ending hunger in Africa
• Ending poverty in Africa.
